• Own the strategy planning, forecasting and reporting processes, providing clear and actionable insights.
• Become the trusted finance partner to leadership, the commercial and product team.
• Lead analysis on pricing, unit economics and cost optimisation initiatives across the business.
• Lead and/or support the CEO on external matters such as: board meeting preparation, fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activity.
• Play a key role in building out the function, including designing the tech stack from scratch and improving the planning cycles.
• Define how finance supports and effectively challenges the wider business.
• Create the models and narratives that drive how leadership evaluates opportunities and performance.
• Implement robust cost and workforce management frameworks.
