About the role

  • Create, manage, and track Cisco renewal quotes and opportunities as contracts approach expiry
  • Manage customer contracts and subscriptions through Cisco portals
  • Provide clear, informed recommendations on support levels and licensing options
  • Act as a liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and Cisco
  • Educate clients on Cisco product lifecycles and adoption strategies
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and vendor partners
  • Respond to customer and account manager requests with care and attention
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Cisco procurement, accounting, and operations
  • Support internal audits and compliance programs
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of service and follow‑through
  • Participate in 2–4 training or certification events each year
  • Contribute to team collaboration and cross‑department initiatives

Requirements

  • Post‑secondary education in business, procurement, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, procurement, licensing, or customer success
  • Experience with Cisco tools and licensing models
  • Understanding of software and support lifecycles
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
  • High attention to detail with strong organization and follow‑through
  • A proactive, service‑oriented approach aligned with Long View’s values
