About the role

  • Deliver security solutions using Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender 365 to provide threat protection and recommendations to clients
  • Implement industry-leading security solutions by consulting with clients to understand business and technical requirements
  • Validate clients' existing architecture, identify gaps, and assist teams in gathering business use cases
  • Provide technical implementation plans and assist with configuration of cloud discovery
  • Act as a subject matter expert and deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to create and implement proven solutions
  • Deliver workshops to end clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the delivery of security solutions and consulting
  • 5+ years of industry experience with multi-technology solutions within a diverse business
  • Experience with design and implementation of security controls (endpoint protection, firewalls, hardening on servers)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Security Solutions such as Microsoft Defender Suite and Microsoft Sentinel
  • Strong experience working with complex solutions
  • Previous experience delivering workshops to end clients
  • Familiarity with IT industry frameworks
  • Self-motivation and drive; continual skill improvement
  • MS500 and SC900 certifications (preferred)
  • Recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP (preferred)
