Manager

• Build and maintain visibility of Lola’s order flow to proactively identify individual anomalies from Shopify (or other sales channels) through fulfillment.
• Own daily monitoring of customer order flow; investigate exceptions and escalate findings with proposed operational impact and solutions.
• Own the technical investigation and resolution of anomalies, partnering effectively with internal and external counterparts to understand, resolve, and prevent recurrence.
• Work with the Operations team, vendors, and others to develop SOPs for how Lola can respond to technical risks that cannot be eliminated.
• Serve as Lola’s primary technical counterpart for ERP and WMS providers, while maintaining strong working relationships with all other vendors, including the Shopify webdev agency.
• Partner with 3PLs to roll out and test warehouse automation software and hardware, ensuring no disruptions to customer service or changes to existing system configurations.
• Partner with the eCommerce team, Shopify webdev agency, ERP team, and others to test and release new capabilities, including an improved presales capability.
• Collaborate with vendors to co-create feature requests, change roadmaps, and issue resolutions; hold them accountable to following best practices and upholding SLAs.
• Own technical preparation and readiness for every major sale event, including end-to-end volume stress testing, risk identification, and proactive mitigation.
• Build the institutional knowledge that turns peak readiness from an afterthought into a core, repeatable process.
• Build and maintain an accurate map of Lola’s systems and order flow.
• Document system behavior in a way that is accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of systems improvements – identifying structural gaps, fragile integration points, and vendor dependencies – sourced from stakeholders across the business.
• Anticipate systematic risks and improvements before they cause operational problems. Evolve the technical infrastructure as Lola adds channels, products, and complexity.

Systems Integration Manager

Platform Engineer

• Own our data ingestion layer end-to-end, including completing our migration to open-source ingestion tooling (dlt) and maintaining reliability as the stack evolves
• Manage dbt models, tests, documentation, and the semantic layer - the definitions that determine what every metric means across the business
• Own Dagster orchestration: scheduling, retries, alerting, and failure handling across all pipeline runs
• Keep Lightdash metadata, dimension/measure definitions, and access controls accurate and current
• Accelerate data refresh cycles to support near-real-time operational use across the business
• Build monitoring, failure alerting, and anomaly detection into the stack so issues surface proactively
• Chase data through systems when things go wrong: trace why records drop or transform unexpectedly between source and dashboard, and resolve the root cause rather than the symptom
• Establish and document data quality standards and lineage practices across the warehouse
• Partner with the Director of Strategy & Analytics — and the Technology Lead once that role is filled — on platform infrastructure, system integrations, and technical initiatives where data is a core component
• Build and maintain reverse ETL pipelines to push warehouse data back into operational tools
• Contribute to A/B testing infrastructure and the systems that support consistent metric definitions across the org
• Own separation of dev and production environments: deployment pipelines, change management, access controls, and release practices
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and ensure the platform is operable beyond any single person

Data Platform Engineer – Contract

Product Manager

• Own the digital ecosystem roadmap for shared capabilities across web, app, acquisition, and retention touchpoints.
• Translate commercial objectives from Ecommerce, Loyalty & Retention, and Paid Media into scalable platform solutions.
• Define and prioritize product initiatives across CMS, promotions, checkout, personalization, experimentation, analytics, and performance.
• Balance short-term commercial needs with long-term platform sustainability, technical debt reduction, and architectural integrity.
• Act as the primary decision-maker on product trade-offs, sequencing, and solution design in partnership with agencies.
• Manage delivery with appropriate external teams and partners.
• Partner closely with the eCommerce Director to convert trading priorities, campaign needs, and experience goals into clear product requirements; Build a Shopify-centric technology stack that enables the eCommerce team to deliver their goals.
• Work with the Ecommerce team on the digital channel optimization workstream, directly inputting into the experimentation roadmap.
• Work with Loyalty & Retention leadership to enable known-user experiences, personalization, lifecycle orchestration, and experimentation through shared product capabilities and integrations.
• Collaborate with Paid Media teams to ensure feeds, tracking, attribution, and performance requirements are supported by the underlying platforms; own the Martech feed stack. • Collaborate with Brand Marketing on needs for the influencer, ambassador, and partnership workstreams, enabling operational capability over time.
• Serve as the connective layer between commercial strategy and technical execution, ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery confidence.
• Directly manager and mentor the App & Data Product Manager, supporting roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Establish consistent product discovery, delivery, and prioritization practices across digital product initiatives, giving a consistent process for sign-off, reviews, and development. • Support the long-term evolution of the digital product operating model as the organization scales.
• Effectively manage timelines, output, and budgets with external partners across design and development.
• Leverage workflow tooling to maintain a fully referenceable roadmap with live, visual tickets, enabling clarity across the team on project status.
• Own prioritization of the digital product backlog in partnership with engineering and digital leadership.
• Ensure high standards of delivery quality, platform performance, resilience, and security – particularly during peak trading periods.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across platforms and products before they impact commercial execution.
• QA all releases before handing over to the eCommerce Manager for operational use
• Champion platform observability and data-informed decision-making across digital products.
• Define success metrics for digital product initiatives focused on enablement outcomes; Speed to market, reduction in manual effort, platform stability and scalability, and reusability of features and components.
• Manage implementation with analytics and marketing teams to ensure robust, consistent event tracking and insight generation across web and app.
• Use data to guide and challenge product prioritization and continuously improve platform effectiveness for commercial teams.
