Platform Engineer

• Own our data ingestion layer end-to-end, including completing our migration to open-source ingestion tooling (dlt) and maintaining reliability as the stack evolves
• Manage dbt models, tests, documentation, and the semantic layer - the definitions that determine what every metric means across the business
• Own Dagster orchestration: scheduling, retries, alerting, and failure handling across all pipeline runs
• Keep Lightdash metadata, dimension/measure definitions, and access controls accurate and current
• Accelerate data refresh cycles to support near-real-time operational use across the business
• Build monitoring, failure alerting, and anomaly detection into the stack so issues surface proactively
• Chase data through systems when things go wrong: trace why records drop or transform unexpectedly between source and dashboard, and resolve the root cause rather than the symptom
• Establish and document data quality standards and lineage practices across the warehouse
• Partner with our Technology and Engineering Lead on platform infrastructure, system integrations, and technical initiatives where data is a core component
• Build and maintain reverse ETL pipelines to push warehouse data back into operational tools
• Support real-time event pipeline development as new data sources and product surfaces come online
• Contribute to A/B testing infrastructure and the systems that support consistent metric definitions across the org
• Own separation of dev and production environments: deployment pipelines, change management, access controls, and release practices
• Run a PII audit across the stack and implement data warehouse governance standards
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and ensure the platform is operable beyond any single person
• Continuously evaluate our platform stack to ensure we're using the right tools - favoring open-source, cost-effective, and maintainable solutions

Data Platform Engineer

Influencer Marketing

• Own Lola’s TikTok influencer partnerships, leading in sales calendar, identification, outreach/recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and compensation using the influencer CRM
• Manage TikTok Shop affiliate platforms, and work alongside our Performance Marketing Team and Community Manager (ex: ShopMy & LTK campaigns)
• Own TikTok influencer contracts & negotiations, partnering with legal to make sure creators are FTC compliant
• Work closely with Performance Marketing to find & source influencers who can create dedicated SparkCode content
• Set and track social media key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer marketing - emphasis on dividing campaigns by brand awareness & sales driving campaigns
• Work closely with Head of Brand & Head of Product Development on influencer collaboration product strategy and PR
• Be the main point of contact for all TikTok influencers and focus on building relationships with creators (communicate via DMs, email, etc)
• Work with Social Media Manager & Community Manager on gifting creators
• Work with external vendors to create high caliber influencer & PR package
• Act as a thought leader for paid digital marketing broadly, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok

Influencer Marketing Manager

Product Manager

• Own and maintain the digital product backlog across web, app, and supporting platforms.
• Receive briefs from commercial teams, refine them into clear acceptance criteria, and shepherd them through to delivery.
• Prioritize work in partnership with the Director of Technology, balancing commercial deadlines with platform health.
• Manage delivery with engineering partners, ensuring work is well-scoped, unblocked, and shipped on time.
• Maintain high standards of delivery quality, particularly during peak trading periods.
• Serve as the primary Shopify platform owner, with hands-on responsibility for configuration, theme management, app integrations, and metafield controls.
• Evaluate and manage third-party app integrations, ensuring they are fit for purpose and well-maintained.
• Proactively identify platform issues, technical debt, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the platform is stable, performant, and scalable as the business grows.
• Act as the primary day-to-day interface between commercial teams and engineering.
• Work closely with Ecommerce, Loyalty & Retention, and Paid Media teams to ensure briefs are complete and requirements are well understood before development begins.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and timelines clearly and proactively to stakeholders.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and analytics requirements are captured and implemented correctly.
• Define and uphold acceptance criteria and QA standards across all digital product deliveries.
• Ensure consistent event tracking and data integrity across web and app.
• Maintain clear documentation of platform configurations, integrations, and delivery decisions.
