About the role

  • Provides exceptional candidate and client experience, throughout the full lifecycle recruiting process.
  • Proactively consults with the business to identify market trends, talent needs, workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Builds strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, HR partners, and other team members.
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Serves as a Logix Brand Ambassador; provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates.
  • Assesses job fit, knowledge, skills, abilities and motivation.
  • Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
  • Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
  • Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related discipline preferred.
  • 6 plus years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment environment.
  • Proven capability to attract passive candidates.
  • Hands on experience with using applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
