About the role
- Provides exceptional candidate and client experience, throughout the full lifecycle recruiting process.
- Proactively consults with the business to identify market trends, talent needs, workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
- Builds strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, HR partners, and other team members.
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Serves as a Logix Brand Ambassador; provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates.
- Assesses job fit, knowledge, skills, abilities and motivation.
- Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
- Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
- Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related discipline preferred.
- 6 plus years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment environment.
- Proven capability to attract passive candidates.
- Hands on experience with using applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
