• Balances daily work. Performs all operational activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations (Regulation CC, Bank Secrecy Act, etc.), and Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Performs routine office and clerical duties such as: requisitioning supplies and maintaining accurate, current files. Maintains cash drawer per assigned cash limits and policy and procedures.
• Must consistently report to work on time, as scheduled.

• Supports the implementation and/or integration of enhancements as a subject matter expert of the end- to-end process.
• Assists with the design of test cases, testing effort estimation, test management and execution of user acceptance testing.
• Facilitates requirements elicitation by conducting customer interviews to gather information, business and technical requirements, and formulate process improvement recommendations.

Credit Reporting Systems Analyst

• Assign delinquent secured loans for repossession both in and out of state.
• Follow up on repossession assignments and determine vehicle condition and value.
• Schedule collateral for sale and approve sale amount.
• Send out all necessary legal notices throughout the repossession process.
• Act as a resource for Loan Adjustors on impound vehicles, wrecked vehicles, insurance claims, and all vehicle seizures.
• Contact members with delinquent loans via written and verbal communications to make arrangements for their obligations.
• Conduct investigations to locate missing collateral and recommend and prepare accounts for charge off, for assignment to private investigators and for possible legal action.
• Perform all consumer loan collection activities.
• Process lien releases as accounts are paid off or collateral is exchanged.
• Serve as liaison with repossession agencies, auctions, attorneys, private investigators and outside vendors in handling repossession of collateral.
• Conduct investigations to locate debtors and/or collateral.
• Review and analyze accounts approved for repossession, including but not limited to, payment history, verification of delinquency, notification to all parties, etc.
• Oversee and is responsible for loans from the approval to repossess through repossession and sale of collateral, including, but not limited to, all legal notification, verification of proceeds, and release of title.
