About the role
- Design, launch, and manage end‑to‑end trade‑in and product take‑back programs that drive circularity, customer value, and environmental impact.
- Develop program strategies—defining vision, performance metrics, execution plans, and compliance with relevant sustainability policies and data security standards.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align resources, ensure consistent messaging, and deliver seamless execution of sustainability services globally.
- Support Sales leadership by activating prioritized customer accounts, ensuring timely engagement and nurturing high-value relationships.
- Collaborate with sales teams to tailor trade-in offerings for key markets and customer segments, maximizing adoption and impact.
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution of promotional campaigns and communications for relevant circularity initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trade-in program inquiries, feedback, and reporting to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Define, monitor, and report on key program metrics to evaluate performance, adoption, and ROI.
- Gather insights from internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement of processes and program offerings.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations highlighting program successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science/Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in product & program management, sales operations, and/or reverse logistics—preferably within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
- Proven success managing global refurbishment, take‑back, and/or sustainability programs with measurable results.
- Experience working in complex, distributed, or matrixed environments.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for decision making and reporting.
- High energy, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Customer-centric with the ability to drive change across the organization.
