• You develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests) and continuously expand our test automation.
• You help shape our test frameworks, focusing on maintainability and scalability, and introduce best practices.
• You build our performance and load tests from the ground up, analyze how changes affect our web apps using Azure tools, and help the team identify bottlenecks early.
• You integrate tests into our pipelines so that quality is an integral part of our development process.
• You create test strategies and test cases to systematically ensure the quality of our software.
• Where automation is not appropriate, you perform targeted manual and exploratory testing.
• You find bugs, document them clearly, and work closely with the development teams on solutions.
• You optimize testing processes, introduce new tools and methods (including AI-assisted ones), and help the team continuously improve software quality.

• You design and implement AI-powered features in our SaaS product — from LLM integrations and RAG applications to intelligent automations
• You identify, together with Product, Sales, Customer Success and other teams, where AI can create real value across the company — and turn the most promising ideas into reality
• You make informed decisions about which models, frameworks and patterns (e.g., Function Calling, retrieval, agents) are appropriate for which use cases — balancing cost, performance and maintainability
• You actively use AI tools in your development workflow (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) and contribute ideas to make the team more efficient — from Engineering to Sales and Support
• You rapidly build prototypes to validate new AI ideas and decide with the team which prototypes should go into production
