About the role
- Provides pre-sales technical engineering support to Account Executives and clients
- Produces accurate designs and proposals for clients using Logicalis technologies
- Conducts assessments, studies, and analyzes data to recommend solutions
- Designs and configures complex solution components
- Prepares and performs product demonstrations
- Advises service delivery team to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Builds credibility with clients by delivering on promises within established timeframes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management disciplines, or related field
- 4 years in technical pre-sales role with experience in Cisco Wireless and Enterprise Networking solutions
- Certifications: CCIE Certification in Wireless or CCNP with presales experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills; confidently and professionally interacts with clients and teams
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
