QA Engineer

• Develop high-impact technical assets including architecture guides, white papers, solution briefs, deep-dive blogs, competitive positioning materials, and technical FAQs.
• Create and maintain demo environments that support marketing campaigns, field enablement, events, and webinars.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers to identify technical friction points, competitive threats, and deal blockers.
• Represent vCluster in webinars, technical events, and community forums, providing direct market feedback and influencing positioning.

People Operations

• Automation & Systems Mastery: Own and optimize our HRIS, Rippling, to automate the manual heavy lifting of HR. You will focus on building AI automation and sophisticated workflows to ensure our people processes are as state-of-the-art as our software.
• Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end processing of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every team member has a “Wow” experience from day one to their last.
• Benefits & Wellness: Partner with our providers (United Healthcare, Ameritas, etc.) to administer our comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, ensuring our team is supported through every life stage.

Solutions Engineer

• Strategic Technical Leadership: Lead technical sales engagements and own the "Technical Win." Partner with Account Executives to craft tailored solutions that address customer needs and challenges in Kubernetes environment.
• POC Execution: Manage the technical lifecycle from discovery to proof of concept (POC) implementation. You will be responsible for demonstrating Loft Labs' products (vCluster Pro, DevPod Pro) and addressing customer queries.
• Value Engineering: Move beyond feature/function selling; articulate a clear "Business Value Assessment" (BVA) that ties our technical capabilities to the customer's top-line revenue or bottom-line efficiency.
• Multi-Threaded Engagement: Navigate complex organizations to build consensus across technical champions (Dev/Ops/Security practitioners) and executive economic buyers (CTO, CIO, CISO).

Senior Solutions Engineer

Application Engineer

• Core Product Security: Perform deep-dive security reviews of our core Go-based applications and Kubernetes controllers, as well as the frontend user interface. With a targeted focus on avoiding privilege escalation within our multi-tenant architecture.
• Threat Modeling: Lead the threat modeling process for new features, proactively identifying risks associated with shared GPU resources and multi-cloud environments.
• Automated Security: "Shift left" by continuing to integrate security checks into our CI and developer workflows. Optimizing these checks for speed, ensuring security never becomes a bottleneck for engineering velocity. Separately, you will manage automated and manual scanning of our entire product stack.
• Vulnerability Management: Own the lifecycle of security vulnerabilities from discovery to remediation. You will triage both external and internal reports, drive the resolution of critical issues across the engineering organization, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
• Feature Development: Everyone at the organization contributes to both the ideas and development of new features. Many of which are directly related to security topics such as container breakouts and isolation, pushing the envelope of what’s possible in constrained environments.

• CI/CD Optimization: Drive the improvement of GitHub CI pipelines. You will be responsible for creating secure, repeatable testing environments and automating pipeline updates to streamline the developer experience.
• Internal Services Architecture: Architect and host infrastructure for engineering development, including internal services and vCluster-specific platforms (e.g., loft.rocks, vCluster Cloud). You will empower engineers to build pipelines securely through education and tooling.
• Customer Zero: Act as the first and most critical user of our products. You will push vCluster features to their limits to create useful internal tools, discovering bugs and providing feedback to Engineering to shape the future of our software.
• Terraform Automation: Focus on automating updates and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform Spacelift. You will give the team the ability to create infrastructure on demand, ensuring scalability and consistency.
• Execution: Manage a variety of Kanban tasks via Linear, ranging from improving observability to handling GitHub policy requests, release engineering, and access management.

Full-stack Engineer
