About the role
- Lead the end-to-end development of responses to RFPs, including crafting strategic narratives, building media plans, and articulating success metrics.
- Design comprehensive, multi-channel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV, etc.) tailored to specific client goals and budget constraints.
- Work closely with Sales to uncover client pain points, marketing goals, and target audiences, using that input to inform relevant and high-impact media strategies.
- Coordinate with Ad Ops and Platform teams to validate inventory availability and confirm pricing accuracy.
- Develop visually compelling, insight-driven client-facing presentations.
- Drive the RFP workflow, ensuring timely input from Sales, Creative, Ad Ops, and Platform teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in the Ad Tech/Digital advertising field
- Highly organized and able to prioritize
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities & meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets and prioritizing them into actionable insights
- Client facing experience
- Comfortable with a start-up environment, open to facing interesting challenges with a problem-solving & resourceful mindset
