About the role

  • Own the North America ABM program; define account tiers and plays; orchestrate execution across teams.
  • Translate strategy into plans; run cadences; ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product.
  • Support account planning and deal progression; deploy the right assets via enablement teams.
  • Execute high-impact programs tied to target accounts and pipeline outcomes.
  • Partner with our wider global team for event activations, aligned with account strategies, at major industry events.
  • Manage a lean team of 2–3 specialists (content, events); ensure alignment to revenue goals.
  • Track engagement, pipeline impact, and optimize continuously.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years in ABM, field marketing, or B2B revenue marketing.
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded enterprise programs.
  • Experience managing small teams and directing specialist functions.
  • Strong partnership with Sales; comfortable in deal cycles.
  • Experience in adtech, media, or digital marketing.
  • Fluent in English; French/Spanish a plus.
