About the role
- Own the North America ABM program; define account tiers and plays; orchestrate execution across teams.
- Translate strategy into plans; run cadences; ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product.
- Support account planning and deal progression; deploy the right assets via enablement teams.
- Execute high-impact programs tied to target accounts and pipeline outcomes.
- Partner with our wider global team for event activations, aligned with account strategies, at major industry events.
- Manage a lean team of 2–3 specialists (content, events); ensure alignment to revenue goals.
- Track engagement, pipeline impact, and optimize continuously.
Requirements
- 7–12 years in ABM, field marketing, or B2B revenue marketing.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded enterprise programs.
- Experience managing small teams and directing specialist functions.
- Strong partnership with Sales; comfortable in deal cycles.
- Experience in adtech, media, or digital marketing.
- Fluent in English; French/Spanish a plus.
