About the role
- Own the submittal process for Technology Department hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Technology candidates and hiring agencies regarding travel, interview details, and status updates.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and that all candidate records are up-to-date.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist in building pipelines by posting jobs to various boards and performing initial resume screens for high-volume roles.
- Facilitate the transition from "Candidate" to "Employee" by coordinating background checks, preparing offer letters, and organizing New Hire Orientation.
- Monitor and update social media recruitment profile (LinkedIn) to ensure the LoanPro employer brand is accurately represented.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and ensure all hiring documentation meets legal and ethical compliance standards.
- Onboard and offboard contractors successfully, efficiently and securely and ensure accounts are moved correctly.
- Facilitate the hiring of local and foreign contractors.
- Compose a variety of correspondences including inter-office communications, policies, notices, forms, letters, memoranda, and other materials as needed/directed.
- Partner with IT and Finance to ensure new hire equipment is ready prior to start dates.
- Provide logistical support for onsite employee visits, career fairs, and internal culture-building events.
- Assist with onsite visitor management for candidates interviewing at the office.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the interview process and suggest workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or high-volume administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; must be comfortable "selling" the LoanPro culture to prospective hires.
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office; experience with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) is a major plus.
- Must be fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus to support global operations.
- You live by your calendar. You must be able to juggle 10+ competing schedules without dropping the ball.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment where interview schedules can change at a moment's notice.
