Act as a business partner to technology, operations, and client-facing teams to deliver platform enhancements and process improvements that create commercial impact
Prioritise initiatives by partnering with client-facing teams; define clear goals, success measures, and acceptance criteria
Lead cross-functional Agile delivery across engineering, commercial teams and operations; run delivery rhythms, resolve blockers, and keep alignment
Improve user journeys and flows with tech; use feedback, analytics, and experiments to inform and validate builds
Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and design future-state solutions; partner with operations and compliance to reduce manual work
Communicate clearly with executives, partners, and internal teams; adapt messaging for stakeholders
Define and track KPIs; create transparent reporting on delivery, outcomes, and risks and act on course-correction
Requirements
Proven track record of delivering platform or product enhancements that improved commercial outcomes
4+ years’ experience in project management, including planning, dependency/risk management, and Agile delivery
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
Commercial thinking balancing ROI, trade-offs, and time-to-value
Previous exposure to AI and a deep interest in using artificial intelligence effectively
Understanding of UX principles and comfortable using analytics and experimentation to inform decisions
Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, CRM platforms, cloud services, and BI tools
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to influence at all levels
Thrives in a fast-moving, remote, collaborative environment with strong ownership
Ideally: experience in fintech, lending, or regulated financial services
Holds Lean/Six Sigma or Agile certifications; comfortable using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and modern CRMs
