About the role
- Support financial planning cycles for partnered CL business areas, including FTE and cost modelling across multi-year horizons.
- Oversee recruitment governance and ensure alignment with strategic workforce plans.
- Partner with the Business, Finance and People teams to forecast workforce needs and skill gaps.
- Drive strategic workforce planning initiatives, including location strategy and talent mix.
- Analyse workforce data to inform investment decisions and transformation programmes.
- Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed workforce planning into business strategy.
Requirements
- Strong financial competence with experience in cost management and budgeting.
- Expertise in strategic workforce planning, including being able to set up and monitor forecasting and scenario modelling.
- Excellent customer engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to set up and interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Workday, Oracle, and workforce planning platforms.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
