About the role
- Create, maintain and update workforce data reporting and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
- Assist in financial planning cycles for CL business areas, including FTE tracking and cost reporting.
- Support recruitment governance processes and ensure data accuracy in workforce systems.
- Collaborate with Finance and People teams to monitor workforce trends.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and visualisation.
- Proficiency in Power BI and other reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Workday, Oracle).
- Ability to interpret workforce and financial data and present findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across teams.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries is desirable.
- Exposure to strategic planning cycles (e.g., 4YOP, 6YOP) is desirable.
- Understanding of job architecture, skills taxonomy, or talent analytics is desirable.
