About the role
- Ownership and accountability for commercial tracking/reporting
- Proactively supplying segment/proposition teams with data and analytics
- Designing measurement approaches
- Developing business cases for new ideas
- Leading regular financial forecasting process
- Day-to-day cost management and overseeing spend
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in commercial performance, finance, business strategy, consulting or a similar analytical role
- Strong understanding of how products and propositions drive income and value
- Proven experience in commercial tracking, forecasting and financial planning
- Confident using data and analytics
- Experience working with visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proven ability to partner, challenge and influence senior leaders
- Able to turn complex analysis into clear narratives for senior audiences
- Experience leading and developing high performing commercial and/or data teams
