About the role
- Deliver lending services to meet customer expectations, ensuring high quality solutions and recommendations within a risk focused environment
- Proactively manage and build relationships with key internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner.
- Identify and resolve shortcomings in compliance and distribution processes to enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with lending colleagues to manage important external introducer relationships.
- Build and maintain a productive working relationship with Wealth Credit Risk to support the delivery of outstanding customer outcomes.
- Provide input into the development of improved procedures to enhance the customer lending journey.
- Offer operational support to senior managers through non-routine activities using established programmes and protocols.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in complex HNW residential and specialist lending
- Proven understanding of the UK residential property market and the services that support it.
- Strong relationship management skills as you'll be working across Private Banking, Wealth Credit Risk and introducers
- Customer‑first decision‑making with confident judgement in complex lending scenarios
- Continuous improvement approach with strong control, documentation and process discipline
