About the role
- Lead and optimise the end‑to‑end digital journey for Retail Finance (Black Horse) and Leasing (Lex Autolease and Tusker) products.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with the OEM partner, platform teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and digital performance.
- Monitor performance of digital products and journeys, identifying opportunities to drive engagement, conversion, and sales.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including fair customer outcomes.
- Act as the Digital advocate for the brand—building strong relationships with partners and dealer networks.
- Support integration of our services into OEM and dealer digital ecosystems.
- Champion the use of emerging technologies (e.g., digital finance platforms, AI, DMS integrations).
Requirements
- Experience in a digital role and a strong understanding of digital customer journeys.
- Ability to translate digital and technical requirements into clear business solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in motor finance, automotive, fintech, or other relevant digital product environments.
- Proven ability to influence partners and drive change.
- Able to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners and suppliers.
