About the role
- Understanding the business needs, developing and executing sourcing strategies, building a warm bench and attracting high-potential passive talent.
- Provide ownership of sourcing strategies for a defined business area, ensuring delivery of high-quality talent pipelines aligned to organisational goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing methodologies, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates while championing candidate experience.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate sourcing approaches, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and recruitment goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and ensure compliance with LBG hiring policies and regulatory standards.
- Leverage data insights to optimise sourcing strategies, report progress in business reviews, and proactively mitigate risks in talent pipelines.
- Increase individual knowledge and practical application of AI by setting up a personalised learning journey and incorporating AI-driven approaches into sourcing workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement in the team's sourcing practices. Champion candidate experience by ensuring personalised outreach and seamless engagement throughout the sourcing process.
Requirements
- Strong sourcing fundamentals, including Boolean search, candidate outreach, and initial talent mapping.
- Good stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to take briefs and provide clear updates.
- In-house Front Office recruitment and proactive sourcing experience is essential.
- Previous experience of hiring or headhunting senior-level positions into commercial, corporate or investment banking is required.
- Market mapping and research Experience in using Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature CRM, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Neuron, Draup and Avature.
- Competent in core sourcing tools and recruitment systems, with willingness to learn new technologies.
- Data-aware mindset, able to use basic metrics to prioritise work and monitor pipeline health.
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting team priorities.
- Proactive learner, continuously developing sourcing skills and staying open to feedback and coaching.
