💰 £25,517 - £26,860 per year

About the role

  • Talking to existing and new bank customers about their individual home journeys
  • Supporting customers with a wide variety of topics regarding their home
  • Providing expert professional guidance to support mortgage, protection and insurance needs
  • Collaborating with an experienced team to ensure knowledge of policies and procedures is up to date through regular coaching and training sessions
  • Meeting the needs of customers even beyond standard working hours (up until 8pm) as required

Requirements

  • A customer-centric, personable, approach
  • A flexible attitude to how, when and where you work – including evenings and weekends
  • A willingness and ability to learn new skills and pick up new digital technologies
  • Banking experience or experience engaging with customers would be a bonus!
