  • Lending from Term Loans to Working Capital Solutions such as Invoice Finance, Hire Purchase and Trade Deposits and a wide range of other services

Requirements

  • Results focused – You'll take personal responsibility for delivering results, whilst readily accepting change and focussing on client outcomes
  • New client acquisition – Highly proficient at building and maintaining productive relationships with external professionals and adept at winning good volumes of higher value new client relationships
  • Specialist knowledge – Uses specialist credit and sector knowledge, along with all available digital tools, to deliver excellent client experiences.
  • People – Have a growth mindset and be keen to adopt and use key enablers that enhance the client experience
  • Risk management – You’ll demonstrate strong risk management skills, requiring attention to detail and a pro-active approach to anticipating potential risks
