About the role
- Acting as a contact point for business engagement for this bank critical infrastructure
- Planning the implementation of complexed changes
- Delivering changes of all sizes for our customers
- Delivery of infrastructure and service improvement plans, including gateway upgrades and new builds
- Prioritisation, handling expectations and the ability to guide and influence business decisions
Requirements
- Ideally a networking/firewall SME with experience of scoping and troubleshooting firewall changes on Check Point & Fortinet
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, security principles and design concepts
- Experience working to develop long term goals
- Act as a key point of contact for resources in the team for their project activity
- Knowledge of regulated environments would be advantageous
- Understanding of automation tools (Python, Power Automate, Robot Framework, Ansible, Terraform) would be favourable
