About the role
- Partnering with key stakeholders to interpret complex regulatory and legislative changes, ensuring products remain compliant and customers are protected.
- Leveraging your product expertise and analytical insight to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that balance strategic and commercial priorities.
- Leading end-to-end implementation of change initiatives.
- Applying agile methodologies and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Customer Journey Managers and strategic outsourced partners to drive seamless delivery.
- Embedding a culture of robust risk and control management, ensuring governance excellence in all aspects of change delivery and ways of working.
Requirements
- A strong working knowledge of Life, Pensions, and/ or Investment products.
- A deep understanding of the evolving regulatory and legislative landscape shaping insurance products.
- Experience delivering change initiatives with a customer-centric mindset, whilst managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in shaping and proposing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You’ll be influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile practices, experience with tools like JIRA and collaboration with outsourced suppliers will be useful.
