Leading and developing a high-performing Performance Analytics team through stretching performance objectives, constructive feedback and coaching.
You’ll be the technical powerhouse of the team, bringing deep expertise in customer analytics, data tools, automation, and visualisation to deliver high quality outputs that enable others to act with confidence.
Leading the design, build, and maintenance of databases and data warehouses for efficient storage and retrieval of structured and unstructured data.
Champion data quality, governance, and responsible data use, ensuring outputs are reliable, ethical, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with Technical Engineers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to understand data flows and manage the efficient and effective production of high-quality outputs.

Requirements

A background in data science, analytics, reporting, or modelling is essential to success.

Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in data analysis, customer analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. AI, Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau) and experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. GCP) providing actionable insight and analytics for the business.
Data Insights and Storytelling: Apply product led thinking to reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring solutions are user centric, iterative, and aligned to evolving business needs.
Communicate & Influence: Present and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation, including Managing Director level.
