About the role
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring compliance and risk alignment.
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities to deliver best outcomes.

- Support onboarding and contract renewals in line with Group policies.
- Lead meetings between suppliers and the business users of the service; fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment to drive positive outcomes.

Requirements
- Contract Management – Experience of leading sourcing and procurement activities and commercial negotiations
- Supplier Management – Practical experience of creating or applying supply chain management procedures
- Stakeholder Engagement - Ability to engage and collaborate with partners at different levels, including supplier owners (Accountable Persons)
- Data Analysis - Be able to analyse data from multiple sources to identify process improvements or impacts to the business
- Knowledge of commercial banking (advantageous)
