About the role
- Work as a full-time branch-based Customer Support colleague across Bank of Scotland branches within a reasonable distance
- Provide customer support in-branch and remotely (phone, social media, web-chat and remote advice video calls)
- Build relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences with empathy and integrity
- Resolve customer queries and take time to ensure confidence in the service provided
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
- Participate in Skill Progression Framework to develop skills and take on new activities

- Ability to work 35 hours a week including Saturdays
