About the role

  • Work as a full-time branch-based Customer Support colleague across Bank of Scotland branches within a reasonable distance
  • Provide customer support in-branch and remotely (phone, social media, web-chat and remote advice video calls)
  • Build relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences with empathy and integrity
  • Resolve customer queries and take time to ensure confidence in the service provided
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
  • Participate in Skill Progression Framework to develop skills and take on new activities
