About the role
- Full-time branch-based customer support role working 35 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Work across Lloyds and Halifax branches (Glenrothes & St Andrews) within a reasonable distance
- Help customers in branch or work from home via phone, social media, web-chat and remote advice video calls
- Resolve customer queries, act with empathy, care and integrity, and give customers confidence in the service provided
- Build relationships quickly to deliver a fantastic customer experience
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
- Follow the Skill Progression Framework to develop skills, earn accreditations and handle more complex customer needs
- Opportunity to increase pay through developing new skills and taking on new activities
Requirements
- People person – honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
- Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience
- Passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity
- Commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer
- Genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met
- If located in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria (e.g., a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection)
- Able to work 35 hours a week, including Saturdays
- Willingness to work across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance
