About the role
- Provide branch-based and remote customer support for Lloyds Banking Group customers
- Work across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance
- Deliver customer service side-by-side in branch or via phone, social media, web-chat and remote video calls
- Resolve customer queries, take time to resolve issues and give customers confidence in the service
- Quickly build relationships and provide empathetic, integrity-led support
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
- Progress skills through the Skill Progression Framework and take on new activities to handle more complex customer needs
Requirements
- People person – honest, genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
- Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience
- Passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity
- Commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for customers
- Genuine teammate – collaborating closely with colleagues
- Ability to work 35 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Willingness to work across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance (commute between branches)
- If located in hybrid locations, must meet Homeworking criteria (e.g., a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection)
