About the role
- Work as a Customer Support colleague in Lloyds Banking Group supporting customers in branch and remotely
- Work across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance (Brixton & Camberwell Green)
- Assist customers side by side in branch and handle enquiries via phone, social media, web-chat and remote video calls from home
- Resolve customer queries with empathy, care and integrity, taking time to provide confidence in service
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
- Participate in Skill Progression Framework to develop skills and potentially increase pay
- Work part-time 6 hours per week including Saturdays
Requirements
- People person – to be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
- Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience
- Passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity
- Commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer
- A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
- If located in one of our hybrid locations, meet Homeworking criteria (e.g., a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection)
- Willingness to work Saturdays
- Availability to work 6 hours a week (part-time)
