Salary
💰 £25,000 - £25,200 per year
About the role
- Provide customer support in-branch and remotely (phone, social media, web-chat and remote advice video calls)
- Help customers side by side in branches and resolve queries with empathy and integrity
- Work across Bank of Scotland branches within a reasonable distance
- Work 35 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Follow the Skill Progression Framework to develop skills and handle more complex customer needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
- May work from home for certain activities, requiring homeworking criteria
Requirements
- People person – honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
- Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience
- Passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity
- Commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer
- Genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
- If located in one of our hybrid locations, meet Homeworking criteria (quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection)
- Able to work 35 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Willingness to work across Bank of Scotland branches within a reasonable distance
