💰 £28,719 - £30,230 per year
About the role
- A full-time branch-based opportunity working 6 hours per week.
- Work across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
- Helping customers side by side in branches or working from home to help customers via phone, social media, web-chat and remote advice video calls.
- Use Skill Progression Framework to develop new skills and take on new activities, progressing pay and responsibilities.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences by building relationships, showing empathy, resolving queries, and collaborating with colleagues.
Requirements
- Crucially, you're a people person – to be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
- The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
- The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity – taking time to resolve queries and giving our customers confidence in the service you’re providing.
- The commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer.
- A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met.
- If located in in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection.
