About the role

  • Lead Product Owner for Product Lab in Embedded Finance reporting to Director of Embedded Finance
  • Owner for a single, large and complex product backlog containing many features, journeys or technology components
  • Champion customer agenda through embedding Consumer Duty and integrate customer lens
  • Develop strategic solutions, maximise re-use and leverage capabilities
  • Create and deliver product roadmap and OKRs aligning to Group strategy
  • Manage external vendor / supplier relationships and commercial agreements
  • Create proactive and autonomous culture, attract and retain talent
  • Measure success and ensure team understands value created
  • Operate within sound risk framework and maximise safe delegation of authority
