About the role
- Lead Product Owner for Product Lab in Embedded Finance reporting to Director of Embedded Finance
- Owner for a single, large and complex product backlog containing many features, journeys or technology components
- Champion customer agenda through embedding Consumer Duty and integrate customer lens
- Develop strategic solutions, maximise re-use and leverage capabilities
- Create and deliver product roadmap and OKRs aligning to Group strategy
- Manage external vendor / supplier relationships and commercial agreements
- Create proactive and autonomous culture, attract and retain talent
- Measure success and ensure team understands value created
- Operate within sound risk framework and maximise safe delegation of authority
