  • This role presents a unique opportunity to lead strategic resource optimisation and recruitment operations across Consumer Growth , ensuring the effective deployment of talent and alignment with business objectives.
  • Day to day responsibilities include: Strategic Resource Planning Develop and execute resource optimisation strategies that support business priorities and future growth.
  • Recruitment Leadership Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring aligned with organisational needs and regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Partner with senior leaders, HR business partners, and operational teams to understand resourcing requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance Ensure all recruitment and resource planning activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining audit readiness and robust risk controls.
  • Data & Insight Leverage workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment and resource utilisation.
  • Process Improvement Champion enhancements across recruitment and resource planning processes, incorporating technology and automation where appropriate.
  • Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of resource managers, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous learning and development.
