- Strategic Resource Planning: Develop and execute resource optimisation strategies that support business priorities and future growth.
- Recruitment Leadership: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring aligned with organisational needs and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders, HR business partners, and operational teams to understand resourcing requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and resource planning activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining audit readiness and robust risk controls.
- Data & Insight: Leverage workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment and resource utilisation.
- Process Improvement: Champion enhancements across recruitment and resource planning processes, incorporating technology and automation where appropriate.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of resource managers, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging continuous learning and development.
