About the role

  • Work closely with the VP of Strategy & Transformation and executive leadership to identify and execute value creation initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional execution and enterprise transformation, including AI enablement and process improvement.
  • Partner with FP&A to deliver performance insights, dashboards, and ROI analysis.
  • Establish governance, tracking, and operating rhythms.
  • Support workforce planning, org design, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • 7 years of related experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • MBA preferred, ideally from a top-tier institution
  • Ability to digest complex problems, make recommendations and develop practical solutions and actions.
  • Proven ability to analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to craft actionable growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to uncover growth opportunities, measure performance, and refine strategies.
