About the role

  • Deliver hands-on, strategic HR leadership across people operations, compliance, and workforce initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders.
  • Support client engagements with a focus on delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Partner with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders to deliver value.
  • Track billable work and maintain accurate project documentation.

  • Support workforce planning, performance management, and development initiatives.
  • Optimize HR systems and workflows to improve efficiency and experience.

Requirements

  • Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies
  • Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
  • Comfort working in flexible, project-based engagements
  • HR certifications or platform certifications preferred where applicable
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
