About the role

  • Partner with people leaders to provide confident, risk-aware advice on day-to-day people management
  • Support employees through complex queries with professionalism and sound judgement
  • Take ownership of delivering consistent, legally sound people solutions
  • Provide timely, accurate and pragmatic advice to people leaders and employees
  • Assist and advise on employment relations and performance management matters
  • Deliver training and guidance on employment legislation and compliance obligations

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of current employment legislation
  • Proven experience leading employment relations processes
  • Highly developed critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in a human resources or similar advisory role
  • Strong numerical and data analysis capability
