Affiliate Manager

• Work in partnership with leaders to identify learning needs aligned to business objectives.
• Design and deliver a range of learning solutions, including blended, online, and face-to-face training.
• Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programmes.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of development initiatives, providing recommendations to increase effectiveness.
• Work with external training providers and vendors to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Support the maintenance of learning platforms, content updates, and learner engagement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the approach to talent development.
• Support the full cycle of development programmes and act as a champion for best-practice learning.
• Report to the Organisational Development and Talent Manager and collaborate across the business to build capability.

Systems Engineer

• Operational running, maintenance and changes to core business software solutions covering finance, sales, logistics, HR, payroll, CRM and associated business functions.
• Liaise between third-party vendors around system changes and BAU support and inform priority of work for business units.
• Support and deliver work as part of a multi-year technology transformation program, helping move functionality into cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with application business owners to ensure currency, supportability and security across the Business Solutions portfolio.
• Report to the Business Solutions Manager and be part of a collaborative Systems Analyst team and community of practice for change, incident and problem management.

Systems Analyst

Marketing

• Head up a small marketing team and provide direction, guidance, support and development opportunities
• Develop and input into LIC brand and marketing strategy and deliver clear, consistent messaging
• Champion delivery of meaningful, customer-centric communications with a consistent brand voice
• Lead development and delivery of best-practice, trend-led marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable ROI
• Manage advertising and promotion (A&P) tasks for LIC’s brand, products, services and solutions
• Create comprehensive marketing plans using customer insights and market trends
• Act as brand guardian ensuring look, tone and presence are consistent across channels
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and communications teams to align initiatives
• Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, defining scope, milestones and allocating resources
