About the role
- Work in partnership with leaders to identify learning needs aligned to business objectives.
- Design and deliver a range of learning solutions, including blended, online, and face-to-face training.
- Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programmes.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of development initiatives, providing recommendations to increase effectiveness.
- Work with external training providers and vendors to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Support the maintenance of learning platforms, content updates, and learner engagement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the approach to talent development.
- Support the full cycle of development programmes and act as a champion for best-practice learning.
- Report to the Organisational Development and Talent Manager and collaborate across the business to build capability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in learning and development, learning advisory, or organisational development roles.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions in a commercial environment.
- Experience coordinating and facilitating learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programmes.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of development initiatives and analyse data and feedback to inform recommendations.
- Experience working with external training providers and vendors.
- Experience using LMS or digital learning platforms (advantage).
- Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field (advantage).
