Manage the LMS system administration functions including set-up of user accounts, security permissions, learning profiles and notifications.
Conduct content administration for onboarding events, large scale course deployments, role-specific curricula, and external training courses and certifications.
Partner with the L&D team to design the LMS structure and maintain content by uploading new content, creating assessments/evaluations, converting file extensions and troubleshooting online content.
Assist the L&D Team in applying knowledge of the LMS application to develop and execute learning solutions.
Analyze and recommend best practice solutions for LMS system and learning activity configurations; identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams to standardize, streamline and coordinate processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity within the LMS.
Provide reporting on training progression and completion, student usage; run ad-hoc reports/queries and analyze data to meet business needs.
Moderate learning events via Teams or other platforms and upload recordings to the LMS; facilitate LMS onboarding events for new employees.
Manage system and learning activity setup, security, workflow, schedules and maintenance; work with LMS provider on upgrades and new functionality.
Serve as liaison between employees and technical resources; escalate and coordinate issue resolution.
Maintain an L&D project log for LMS-related assignments and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Direct, recent experience with LMS or LCMS systems; familiar with course set-up, assignment, system maintenance, reporting and administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate objectives, activities and results.

Strong knowledge of MS Office suite applications and web conferencing software such as Microsoft Teams.
Strong Project Management skills and the ability to plan, organize and successfully coordinate multiple priorities to meet all deadlines and deliverables.
Minimum 2 years LMS management/administration or similar related field preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant experience with required software experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience leveraging modern Talent or Learning Management Systems.
Experience operating in a complex matrix business environment.
Experience with HTML, SQL, Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft Access, SharePoint and Microsoft Excel.
