About the role
- Design and deliver learning programs and content that improve employee skills and performance.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot) to speed up content creation, generate assessments, and personalize learning.
- Partner with managers and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
- Manage and update content in LMS platforms (e.g., 360Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo).
- Apply instructional design best practices to ensure engaging, effective learning experiences.
- Track and report on learning outcomes using data and feedback.
- Support AI adoption workshops and training sessions for employees.
- Stay updated on L&D and AI trends to continuously improve learning programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that drive measurable results.
- Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Vyond).
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support learning content design and delivery.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects across teams and time zones.
- Nice to have: Experience with learning data/analytics (e.g., dashboards, reporting).
- Nice to have: Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI-generated learning content.
- Nice to have: Interest in gaming culture and digital products.
- Nice to have: Experience leading change management or digital adoption initiatives.
