About the role
- Head up a small marketing team and provide direction, guidance, support and development opportunities
- Develop and input into LIC brand and marketing strategy and deliver clear, consistent messaging
- Champion delivery of meaningful, customer-centric communications with a consistent brand voice
- Lead development and delivery of best-practice, trend-led marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable ROI
- Manage advertising and promotion (A&P) tasks for LIC’s brand, products, services and solutions
- Create comprehensive marketing plans using customer insights and market trends
- Act as brand guardian ensuring look, tone and presence are consistent across channels
- Collaborate closely with sales, product and communications teams to align initiatives
- Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, defining scope, milestones and allocating resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI across marketing campaigns
- Experience leading and developing a small, high-performing marketing team
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align marketing activity to business objectives
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, channels, and technologies
- Advanced use of data and analytics to plan, optimise, and evaluate marketing activity
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
