Requirements

5+ years of professional experience deploying high-performance production code.
Proven ability to thrive in environments ranging from building and launching Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) quickly, to scaling existing products to high volumes, and managing complex, high-reliability distributed systems (2+ years of relevant experience in this space is required).
Strong track record of designing and building maintainable, large-scale systems.
You are comfortable navigating complex, unfamiliar and unclear problem spaces and platforms.
You enjoy translating business challenges into effective technical solutions.
You thrive on mentoring and promoting engineering best practices within a team environment.
