About the role

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, explore constraints, rapidly ideate, and deliver thoughtful user-centered solutions.
  • Distill insights from customer conversations, metrics, and research, synthesizing them into actionable improvements that balance user needs and business goals.

  • Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Claude, GPT) to rapidly ideate, generate design variations, and create high-fidelity mockups.
  • Create and test effective prompts and prompt-chaining strategies to achieve desired design and functional outcomes.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system by designing scalable components and advancing shared guidelines, frameworks, and reusable patterns.
  • Communicate user-centered solutions to leadership through clear storytelling that aligns stakeholders and informs decisions.

  • Experience designing and delivering user-facing products.
  • Bonus points for experience in B2B or advertising technology.
  • Proficiency in UX design and user research with experience using tools such as Figma, Fullstory, Pendo, or Miro.
  • Experience with AI tools (Figma Make, NotebookLM, Cursor, Claude Tools) is a plus.
  • Strong technical background and data acumen, including how data is ingested, structured, filtered, and processed.
  • Bonus points for experience with AI, APIs, segmentation products, or SQL.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and consistently deliver work of high craft and quality, maintaining consistency even with limited guidance.
