About the role
- Support the Property, Training and H&S team with administration and processes
- Manage the PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) process for the Property Team
- Arrange meetings and conference calls
- Prepare, format presentations for the Group Head of Property and Head of H&S
- Manage and keep updated estate details such as Lease data, and statutory inspection dates
- Manage property files and maintain our property database
- Provide admin support function for the H&S team as required
- Help run the H&S Committee and participate in process reviews
Requirements
- Broad understanding of property administration
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong Excel / Word / PowerPoint skills
- Organised
- Experience in a property or health and safety role is desirable
- Experience in customer service, retail, leisure or entertainment sector with public interaction is desirable
