About the role

  • Support the Property, Training and H&S team with administration and processes
  • Manage the PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) process for the Property Team
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls
  • Prepare, format presentations for the Group Head of Property and Head of H&S
  • Manage and keep updated estate details such as Lease data, and statutory inspection dates
  • Manage property files and maintain our property database
  • Provide admin support function for the H&S team as required
  • Help run the H&S Committee and participate in process reviews

Requirements

  • Broad understanding of property administration
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong Excel / Word / PowerPoint skills
  • Organised
  • Experience in a property or health and safety role is desirable
  • Experience in customer service, retail, leisure or entertainment sector with public interaction is desirable
