About the role

  • Work-from-home Regional Marketing Director for Live Nation Concerts responsible for arena, stadium and amphitheater shows
  • Coordinate with local teams, promoters, partners and artist marketing representatives to prepare, present and execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage and develop a small team of Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Coordinators
  • Create impactful promotions using regional media partners and manage multiple event advertising budgets
  • Compile and share audience and artist demographic data to inform marketing plans
  • Identify and activate strategic marketing partners and coordinate street team and grassroots efforts
  • Partner with the Venue Marketing team to maximize show awareness on socials, in emails, on websites and in venue
  • Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools and provide post-show analytics recaps
  • Coordinate multiple teams for advertising, PR, media events and content creation and provide day-of-show event coverage as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Minimum of 6+ years prior experience in event marketing within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting
  • Minimum of 6+ years prior experience managing local media relationships
  • Minimum of 6+ years working with artist marketing representatives
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Knowledge of both digital and traditional media, including paid social, programmatic, radio and grassroots
  • Vast knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma City, and/or Tulsa marketing landscapes
  • Pre-existing relationships with media in the Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma City, and/or Tulsa markets is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
  • Willingness to travel as needed
