Social Media Manager

• Own and manage Literati's presence across all major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest—plus maintaining content on YouTube and Vimeo
• Ideate, create, and publish content—reels, carousels, and static posts—using templates and brand assets, including caption writing and copy that appears in video
• Monitor, moderate, and engage with our community, responding to comments and DMs in Literati's voice
• Collaborate with the creative, book fairs, and product teams to align content with campaign calendars and key moments
• Track and report on performance across platforms using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and Zoho Social and use those insights to refine your approach
• Pitch and occasionally manage giveaways and audience engagement activations
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging formats to keep our content fresh and engaging
