About the role
- Engage with assigned customers to build key relationships and partner on product adoption
- Create and execute account-specific plans to drive end-user engagement
- Develop and maintain expertise in designated Litera products to lead trainings
- Advise on prompting techniques to enable customers to maximize value
- Monitor usage data and customer feedback to identify white space for growth
Requirements
- 2+ years practising law at a top tier law firm or in-house corporate team
- Transactional focus preferred but not essential
- 5+ years in Consulting, Customer Success or related SaaS role, preferably with experience in legal tech
- Proven record working at pace to a high standard with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong consultative skills
