About the role

  • Engage with assigned customers to build key relationships and partner on product adoption

Requirements

  • 2+ years practising law at a top tier law firm or in-house corporate team
  • Transactional focus preferred but not essential
  • 5+ years in Consulting, Customer Success or related SaaS role, preferably with experience in legal tech
  • Proven record working at pace to a high standard with measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong consultative skills
