About the role

  • Engage with assigned customers to build key relationships and partner on product adoption.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in designated Litera products to lead trainings, consultations and discovery sessions.
  • Advise on prompting techniques to enable customers to maximize value from GenAI features.
  • Create and execute account-specific plans to drive end-user engagement, grow usage and build positive customer sentiment.
  • Monitor usage data and customer feedback to identify white space for growth, spot key trends, and provide recommendations for further engagement.
  • Establish champions and advocates to facilitate case study and testimonial initiatives.
  • Influence product roadmaps by articulating customer feedback and target use cases.
  • Onboard new customers through role-based enablement and support product owners with roll-out planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years practicing law at a top tier law firm or in-house corporate team
  • Transactional focus preferred but not essential
  • 5+ years in Consulting, Customer Success or related SaaS role, preferably with experience in legal tech
  • Proven record working at pace to a high standard with measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with an ever-changing technological landscape
